FOR SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES & PARTNERS

Phone tech support for older adults

Ellis is an AI assistant residents can call for help with everyday technology.

It explains steps for tasks such as finding photos, joining video calls, connecting to Wi-Fi or using email. Residents use their own devices and do not need to install an app to call Ellis.

FOR COMMUNITY STAFF

Check whether Ellis suits your residents

A staff member can use the free first 5 minutes to ask about a familiar device problem. Check whether the instructions are understandable and whether residents could follow them on their own devices. The trial does not start a subscription.

Contact us before inviting a group so we can confirm capacity and arrange a pilot with residents who choose to participate. There is no minimum purchase. Discuss a resident pilot, or see community plans from $499 a month.

SIMPLE PRICING

$19 per call, once

  • $19 for up to 30 minutes of phone help, only when a resident chooses it
  • $79 hands-on computer help, only when needed

INTRODUCING ELLIS TO RESIDENTS

How to arrange a resident trial

01

Have a staff member call first

Call (928) 272-0355. Ask a device question and check how Ellis responds when you interrupt or ask for a simpler explanation.

02

Help interested residents get started

Ellis suits people who want spoken instructions and can carry out the steps on their own devices. Explain that they will speak with AI. They just dial the number. Each person chooses whether transcripts may be saved and can change that choice later.

03

Review the experience before expanding

Ask participants whether the instructions helped and where they got stuck. We can discuss aggregate pilot activity, but private call transcripts are not shared with a community by default.

Service details and limits

Do I need a code to call?

No. Just dial (928) 272-0355. If you already have a membership, open My membership online to manage minutes and billing.

Does this replace your staff or an IT provider?

Ellis adds spoken guidance for everyday questions. It does not control devices, repair hardware, administer community networks, provide emergency assistance, or deliver professional medical, legal or financial services.

When can a resident speak with a person?

Active subscribers can request a callback from a US-based 5 Star consultant when they need personal follow-up. Our team reviews requests and arranges a callback from a US-based 5 Star consultant, subject to availability. This is not an instant transfer or a guaranteed response time.

Can people call at the same time?

Different memberships can use separate conversations at the same time. Five simultaneous live AI sessions have passed our initial concurrency test. Larger deployments are sized and tested before launch. Each membership allows one active call.

How do we evaluate quality?

Start with real questions and participant feedback. Ellis is AI and can make mistakes. We track usage and operational errors; transcript-based analysis requires permission. We do not present an unverified satisfaction percentage as a result.
