Ellis is an AI assistant, not a person, and can make mistakes.
It is for tech help only. It is not a HIPAA covered service and we do not sign BAAs, so callers are told not to share health details.
No on-site visits or hardware repair. For anything urgent or medical, callers use your staff or 911.
Calls are recorded and transcribed, and callers can opt out by pressing 2.
