Tech support for PACE participants

PACE programs keep older adults living at home, and more of that care now runs through a phone or tablet: video check ins, appointment reminders, ride texts and family calls. When the device stops working, the participant often calls the center, and the call lands on staff who have other work to do.

A dedicated, patient help line for device questions takes those calls off your team and gives participants someone to ask at any hour.

Give participants one patient number to call when the phone or tablet acts up. Ellis is $499 a month per community, with a 30 day pilot and month to month after that.

Ellis is an AI assistant, not a person, and says so at the start of every call. Calling the number from any phone gets the first 5 minutes free, so you can test it with a real device problem before you decide.

How a help line supports your care model

Where Ellis fits

Ellis is a patient AI phone helper. A participant calls (928) 272-0355, explains what is wrong in their own words, and Ellis walks them through it one step at a time on iPhone, iPad, Android or a computer. It discloses that it is an AI, repeats steps as often as needed, and never asks for passwords or card numbers.

Ellis does not give medical advice or handle health records. Anything clinical, urgent or beyond a phone fix goes back to your interdisciplinary team.
