Tech help for veterans home residents

Residents of veterans homes want the same things as anyone else: to see their kids and grandkids on video, keep up with email, stream the game and not get taken by a scam call. Many are also the target of scams that pretend to be about benefits.

Staff and volunteers help where they can, but device questions come at all hours. A patient phone helper residents can call any time fills that gap without adding to staff workload.

Give residents one patient number to call for tech help, any hour. Ellis is $499 a month per community, with a 30 day pilot and month to month after that.

Start for $499 a month Talk to us by email Hear Ellis yourself: (928) 272-0355

Ellis is an AI assistant, not a person, and says so at the start of every call. Calling the number from any phone gets the first 5 minutes free, so you can test it with a real device problem before you decide.

Where residents get stuck

How it works for a home

  1. You post one number, (928) 272-0355, at the nurses station, in the activities room and in family welcome materials.
  2. Residents, or family members helping them, call any hour and Ellis walks them through on their own device, one step at a time.
  3. When something needs hands on help, Ellis tells the caller to ask staff or a volunteer. Your team stays the escalation point.

What Ellis does not do

Ellis is device help only. It does not give medical, benefits, claims or legal advice, it is not a HIPAA covered service, and it does not connect to any of your systems or records. For benefits questions, residents use your staff and official channels.
